STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA UNTUK MENDUKUNG PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI SYARIAH

Abstrak

The sharia economy has grown rapidly in recent decades, attracting global interest and requiring competent and skilled human resources (HR). Adequate human resource development is the key to accelerating the growth of the Islamic economy. This study aims to explore effective human resource development strategies in supporting sharia economic growth. Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and literature studies, this study identifies a number of key strategies, such as improving the quality of education and training in the field of sharia economics, strengthening partnerships between industry and educational institutions, and promoting public awareness of the principles of sharia economics. The findings of the study emphasize the importance of collaboration between the government, industry, and educational institutions in developing competent human resources and meeting the needs of the growing sharia economic labor market.
