EVALUASI TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT KOMBINASI SIMVASTATIN PADA PASIEN HIPERKOLESTEROLEMIA DI RSUD PATUT PATUH PATJU KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT

Abstrak

Penelitian dengan judul “Evaluasi Tingkat Pengetahuan Penggunaan Obat Kombinasi Simvastatin Pada Pasien Hiperkolesterolemia di RSUD Patut Patuh Patju Kabupaten Lombok Barat”. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak persentase kejadian hiperkolesterolemia di RSUD Patut Patuh Patju Kabupaten Lombok Barat dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persentase tingkat pengetahuan pasien terhadap kombinasi simvastatin sebagai pengobatan hiperkolesterolemia. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) menggunakan analisis skala likert untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan responden. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah sebanyak 63 pasien hiperkolesterolemia telah menjawab sebanyak 14 pernyataan pada kuesioner, didapatkan hasil responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan sedang sebanyak 6 responden dengan persentase 9,5% dan sebanyak 57 responden memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi dengan persentase 90,5%. Kesimpulan populasi pasien hiperkolesterolemia di RSUD Patut Patuh Patju Kabupaten Lombok Barat adalah 63 responden atau 0,63% yang didapat selama penelitian. Tingkat pengetahuan pasien hiperkolesterolemia di RSUD Patut Patuh Patju Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan penggunaan obat kombinasi simvastatin termasuk kedalam kategori tingkat pengetahuan tinggi dengan persentase 90,5% dari 57 jumlah responden. 

Research with the title "Evaluation of the Level of Knowledge of Using Simvastatin Combination Drugs in Hypercholesterolemia Patients at Patut Patuh Patju Regional Hospital, West Lombok Regency". The aim is to find out how much the percentage of hypercholesterolemia occurs in Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok Regency and to find out how big the percentage of patients' knowledge level is regarding the combination of simvastatin as a treatment for hypercholesterolemia. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) method using Likert scale analysis to measure the respondent's level of knowledge. The research results obtained were that 63 hypercholesterolemia patients had answered 14 statements on the questionnaire. The results obtained were 6 respondents with a moderate level of knowledge with a percentage of 9.5% and 57 respondents had high knowledge with a percentage of 90.5%. The conclusion is that the population of hypercholesterolemia patients at Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok Regency was 63 respondents or 0.63% obtained during the research. The level of knowledge of hypercholesterolemia patients at Patut Patuh Patju Hospital, West Lombok Regency with the use of the combination drug simvastatin is included in the high level of knowledge category with percentage of 90.5% of 57 respondents.
