ANALISIS PENERAPAN HARGA DALAM PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN PETANI KARET DI DESA MENDIS KECAMATAN BAYUNG LENCIR

Abstrak

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan harga, luas lahan dalam peningkatan pendapatan petani karet di Desa Mendis Kecamatan Bayung Lencir. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif, dimana data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai : (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana harga dalam peningkatan pendapatan petani karet di Desa Mendis Kecamatan Bayung Lencir. (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatkan pendapatan petani karet di Desa Mendis Kecamatan Bayung Lencir. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebagai berikut produksi karet yang diperoleh oleh petani karet di Desa Mendis berada diwilayah kecamatan Bayung Lencir ada memperoleh produksi tinggi, dan ada yang memperoleh produksi rendah walaupun dengan harga tetap 13 ribu/kg. Biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh petani karet di Desa Mendis berada diwilayah kecamatan Bayung Lencir pada tahun 2023. Namun hal itu tidak terlaksana karena memiliki beberapa kendala  dalam pelaksaannya seperti :  Sistem pemasarannya dilaksanakan sistem tradisional dengan bertransaksi jual beli karet. Dengan sistem yang demikian, penjual dan pembeli diharuskan untuk hadir pada tempat dan waktu yang bersama. Jika lokasi pembeli dan penjual tidak berada pada satu tempat yang sama, maka diperlukan biaya perjalanan yang akhirnya akan mempengaruhi biaya transaksi. Rendahnya produktivitas karet rakyat menyebabkan rendahnya produksi karet dan pendapatan tani karet mempengaruhi rendahnya pendapatan rumah tangga petani tetapi kebutuhan petani tetap meningkat sehingga mendorong petani meningkatkan pendapatannya dengan melakukan eksploitasi penyadapan kurang baik dan berlebihan yang menyebabkan tanaman karet menjadi rusak.

This research aims to determine the application of prices, land area in increasing the income of rubber farmers in Mendis Village, Bayung Lencir District. This study uses qualitative analysis methods, where primary data is obtained from interviews and secondary data is obtained from documentation. The aims of this research are as follows: (1) To find out how prices increase the income of rubber farmers in Mendis Village, Bayung Lencir District. (2) To find out how to increase the income of rubber farmers in Mendis Village, Bayung Lencir District. The results of the study are as follows: Rubber production obtained by rubber farmers in Mendis Village in the Bayung Lencir sub-district area has high production, and some have low production even though the price is still 13 thousand/kg. The costs incurred by rubber farmers in Mendis Village are in the Bayung Lencir sub-district area in 2023. However, it was not carried out because it had several obstacles in its implementation such as: The marketing system is carried out by the traditional system by buying and selling rubber. With such a system, sellers and buyers are required to be present at the same place and time. If the location of the buyer and seller is not in the same place, then travel costs are required which will ultimately affect the transaction cost. The low productivity of people's rubber causes low rubber production and rubber farmers' income affects the low income of farmers' households but the needs of farmers continue to increase so that farmers increase their income by exploiting poor and excessive tapping which causes rubber plants to be damaged.
