E-MARKETPLACE EVENT ORGANIZER BERBASIS PROGRESSIVE WEB APPLICATION DENGAN METODE AGILE SCRUM

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan platform e-marketplace untuk jasa event organizer berbasis Progressive Web Application (PWA) menggunakan metode Agile Scrum. Dalam era modern ini, perencanaan acara sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kesulitan dalam pemilihan jasa yang disediakan vendor, Platform berbasis PWA ini dirancang untuk membantu pelanggan mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan Sistem Informasi Digital Event Organizer berbasis PWA. Penggunaan metode Agile Scrum memungkinkan pengembangan yang fleksibel dan adaptif terhadap perubahan, serta memastikan respons cepat terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan PWA, platform dapat diakses dengan mudah di berbagai perangkat, baik desktop maupun mobile, sehingga memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang tidak hanya mampu mempermudah proses perencanaan acara, tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi bagi pengguna dalam memilih vendor. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan solusi praktis bagi penyedia jasa untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka.

This research aims to develop an e- marketplace platform for event organizer services based on Progressive Web Application (PWA) using the Agile Scrum method. In the modern era, event planning often faces various challenges, such as difficulties in selecting services provided by vendors. This PWA-based platform is designed to help customers overcome these issues with the Digital Event Organizer Information System based on PWA. The use of the Agile Scrum method allows for flexible and adaptive development to changes, ensuring a quick response to user needs. With PWA, the platform can be easily accessed on various devices, both desktop and mobile, providing a better user experience. The results of this study show that the designed system not only simplifies the event planning process but also improves efficiency and transparency for users in choosing vendors. Additionally, the application provides a practical solution for servicers to expand their market reach.
