ANALISIS MEKANISME PENYALURAN BANTUAN PKH MENURUT PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

(STUDI KASUS: NAGARI KUBANG PUTIH KAB. AGAM)

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaiamana mekanisme penyaluran program keluarga harapan serta bagaimana pandangan ekonomi islam dalam penyaluran program keluarga harapan yang terjadi di Nagari Kubang Putiah. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada metodologi kualitatif untuk mengetahui penjelasan serta informasi tentang suatu masalah yang dilandaskan pada sudut pandang teori dan konsep yang selaras. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang program keluarga harapan serta bagaimana mekanisme penyaluranprogram tersebut. Adapun mekanisme yang dijalankan ialah, 1) Proses pendataan dan verfikasi calon penerima, 2)tahap penyaluran dana, 3)kegiatan pendampingan dan edukasi. Disamping itu adapun prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam dalam penyaluran program keluarga harapan ialah, 1)Konsep keadilan, 2)Prinsip Amanah, 3)Konsep pemberdayaan ekonomi, 4)Maslahah, 5)Efektivitas dan etika konsumsi serta prinsip hisbah.

This research aims to analyze the distribution mechanism of the family hope program (PKH) and the perspective of islamic economics on the implementation of the program in nagari kubang putiah. The study is based on a qualitativemethodology to explore explanations and gather infomation about the issue, using theories and concepts that align with the topic.it examines the stucture and objectives of the family hope program,along with the implementation ofits distiribution mechanisms, which include: 1)the process of data collection and verification of potential beneficiaries,2)the stage of fund disbursement,and 3)mentoring andeducation activities. Additionally, the studi highlights key principles of islamic economics that should underpin the delivery of the PKH program,such as : 1)the concept of distributive juctice, 2)the principle of trustworthiness, 3)the concept of economics empowerment, 4)public interest, 5)efficiency and ethical consumption and 6)the principle of hisbah as a form of moral oversight and accountability.
