EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI DI UPT PUSKESMAS PROPPO KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN PERIODE FEBRUARI-MEI TAHUN 2024

Abstrak

Peningkatan kasus hipertensi menyebabkan peningkatan penggunaan obat antihipertensi sekaligus dapat meningkatkan potensi terjadinya ketidak rasionalan dalam penggunaan obat antihipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ketepatan penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Proppo Kabupaten Pamekasan periode Februari-Mei tahun 2024 berdasarkan empat indikator yaitu tepat indikasi, tepat pasien, tepat obat dan tepat dosis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pengambilan data secara prospektif pada rekam medis pasien menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 62 catatan medik dengan diagnosa hipertensi. Hasil menyatakan bahwa evaluasi ketetapan penggunaan obat antihipertensi yang diperoleh yaitu tepat indikasi sebesar 100%, tepat pasien sebesar 100%, tepat obat sebesar 72% dan tepat dosis sebesar 100%.

This study aims to evaluate the appropriateness of the use of antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive patients at the Proppo Community Health Center, Pamekasan district for the period February-May 2024 based on four indicators, namely correct indication, correct patient, correct drug and correct dose. This research is an observational study with prospective data collection from patient medical records using purposive sampling techniques. This research was conducted on 62 medical records with a diagnosis of hypertension. The results stated that the evaluation of the determination of the use of antihypertensive drugs obtained was 100% correct indication, 100% correct patient, 72% correct drug and 100% correct dose.
