Abstrak

It is essential in today's educational environment to adjust to the demands of the digital era. Fostering 21st-century abilities like problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking is part of this. It has been found that Team-Based Learning (TBL) is an effective educational strategy for developing these abilities. An overview of TBL's use in higher education is given in this abstract, which is in line with the Ministry of Education and Culture's directive to use cutting-edge teaching strategies. Through cooperative projects, TBL encourages active participation and knowledge gain in addition to improving problem-solving skills. This article explores TBL's tenets and effects in the context of higher education, highlighting the tool's significance in meeting KPIs for in-class learning. Educators and institutions must comprehend the role that TBL plays in developing 21st-century skills.
