THE IMPACT OF COMPETENCY & PROFESIONALISM ON PERFORMANCE TOWARDS ETHICS WORKING RESULT ON EMP GROUP

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil dari Kompetensi dan Profesionalisme pada Performa dan Hasil Pekerjaan ethics menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS. Dalam konteks ini, dua variabel independen yang diteliti adalah "Kompetensi” dan “Profesionalisme” beserta variable dependen yaitu “Performa” dan “Hasil Pekerjaan”, metode SEM-PLS dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menangani variabel dengan berbagai macam koefisien dan multidata sehingga dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat dalam menganalisa. Data primer dari kuesioner di divisi DWO EMP menujukan 2 variabel tersebut sering beririsan dengan kebutuhan data untuk menentukan Performa dan hasil pekerjaan yang Ethics, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut memiliki karakteristiknya masing-masing, dengan analisa metode SEM-PLS memperlihatkan bahwa Kompetensi mempengaruhi hasil yang signifikan untuk performa, dan mempengaruhi hasil pekerjaan Ethics meskipun tidak signifikan lalu untuk profesionalisme menunjukan tidak berpengaruh kepada performa dan hasil kerja ethics. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 27 sampel yang terdiri dari seluruh Pekerja Drilling & Workover yang ada di EMP Group. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 2 (dua) variabel independent dan dua variabel Dependen (Y). Dari hasil pengolahan terdapat 1 (dua) variabel yang signifikan yaitu Kompetensi. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya memahami signifikansi suatu Kompetensi dimana itu dapat membuat Performa dan Hasil Pekerjaan yang baik sehingga dapat memberikan efek yang baik bagi EMP Group dan Produksi Nasional.

This study aims to analyze the results of Competence and Professionalism on Performance and Work Results ethics using the SEM-PLS approach. In this context, the two independent variables studied are "Competence" and "Professionalism" along with the dependent variables namely "Performance" and "Work Results", the SEM-PLS method was chosen because of its ability to handle variables with various coefficients and multidata so that it can provide more accurate results in analyzing. Primary data from the questionnaire in the DWO EMP division showed that the 2 variables often intersect with the data needs to determine Performance and work results that are Ethics, the results of the analysis show that both variables have their own characteristics, with the SEM-PLS method analysis showing that Competence affects significant results for performance, and affects work results Ethics although not significant then for professionalism shows no effect on performance and work results. The sample used in this study was 27 samples consisting of all Drilling & Workover Workers in the EMP Group. In this study there are 2 (two) independent variables and two Dependent variables (Y). From the processing results there are 1 (two) significant variables, namely Competence. In addition, this study highlights the importance of understanding the significance of a Competence where it can create good Performance and Work Results so that it can provide a good effect for EMP Group and National Production.
