This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of a Problem Based Learning-based mathematics e-module to improve the numerical literacy skills of fifth-grade elementary school students. Using Research and Development methods with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate), the research was conducted on 32 fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Kliwonan Purworejo in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through interviews, response questionnaires, and tests, then analyzed based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria. The research results show that the e-module was successfully developed through five ADDIE stages. Validation by material and media experts obtained an average score of 3.50 (very valid). Product practicality based on student response questionnaires achieved a score of 3.27 (very practical). The effectiveness of the e-module was proven through N-Gain testing with a score of 0.70 from pretest and posttest results. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning-based mathematics e-module on plane figure material is proven to be valid, practical, and effective for improving the numerical literacy skills of fifth-grade elementary school students.
