Abstrak

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru IPA terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka; 2) Untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala dan hambatan kinerja guru IPA dalam pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka; 3)Untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya dalam mengatasi kendala dan hambatan kinerja guru IPA dalam pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka. Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dimana jenis penelitiannya bersifat deskriptif lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, sumber data diperoleh dari sumber data primer dan data sekunder (hasil wawancara langsung dengan subjek penelitian serta dokumentasi berupa foto, data-data, dan lain sebagainya). Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif menurut Milles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Strategi penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMA Takhassus As Sahro, a) mengadakan kegiatan workshop in house training, b) mengadakan workshop dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, c) serta pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), 2) Faktor pendukungnya meliputi: akses digital dan teknologi yang memadai, perangkat ajar tersedia di PMM sebagai sumber rujukan serta adanya sarana dan prasarana yang sudah disediakan sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya meliputi: faktor internal: berasal dari motivasi dan sikap siswa, kurangnya SDM yang ahli dalam bidangnya, fasilitas sekolah seperti kurangnya LCD proyektor, dan beberapa alat peraga serta alat laboratorium, penggunaan sarana dan prasarana yang belum maksimal. Sedangkan faktor eksternal berasal dari kurangnya dukungan orang tua terhadap anak. 3) Upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan di atas antara lain: meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru IPA dengan mengarahkan guru untuk mengikuti IHT, workshop, pemanfaatan PMM. Upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan yang ada pada siswa dengan melakukan pembentukan kelompok belajar, penugasan siswa sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa serta menambah motivasi siswa.

This thesis aims to: 1) To find out how science teachers perform in implementing the independent curriculum; 2) To find out what are the obstacles and obstacles to the performance of science teachers in implementing the independent curriculum; 3) To find out how to overcome obstacles and obstacles to the performance of science teachers in implementing the independent curriculum. This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is field descriptive. The data collection techniques used in this research include participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Then, data sources were obtained from primary data sources and secondary data (results of direct interviews with research subjects as well as documentation in the form of photos, data, etc.). The analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique according to Milles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) Strategy for implementing the independent curriculum at Takhassus As Sahro High School, a) holding workshop activities in house training, b) holding workshops in implementing differentiated learning, c) as well as implementing the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5), 2) Supporting factors include: adequate digital and technological access, teaching tools available at PMM as a reference source and the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure the school has provided. While the inhibiting factors include: factors internal: originating from student motivation and attitudes, lack of human resources who are experts in their fields, school facilities such as a lack of LCD projectors, and several teaching aids and laboratory equipment, the use of facilities and infrastructure is not optimal. While factors external stems from a lack of parental support for children. 3) Efforts to overcome the obstacles above include: increasing the motivation and performance of science teachers by directing teachers to take part in IHT, workshops, and the use of PMM. Efforts to overcome the obstacles that exist for students by forming study groups, assigning students according to student abilities and increasing student motivation.
