PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA STAFF PASASI MASKAPAI SUPER AIR JET DI BANDAR UDARA INTERNASIONAL SOEKARNO HATTA

Abstrak

Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh, telah terjadi peningkatan jumlah penumpang sebesar 21% pada tahun 2023 yang menjadikan Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta menjadi Bandar Udara terpadat di Indonesia. Staff pasasi Maskapai Super Air Jet dalam mengikuti perkembangan yang semakin pesat dituntut harus mampu untuk dapat beradaptasi dalam segala kondisi sehingga dengan berbagai macam situasi dan kondisi yang dialami, diperlukannya pengendalian stress kerja karyawan sehingga terciptanya kinerja yang baik pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari stres kerja terhadap kinerja staff pasasi Maskapai Super Air Jet di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel dari seluruh staff pasasi Maskapai Super Air Jet di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan mencantumkan sejumlah landasan teori dan menyebarkan angket/kuesioner, yang kemudian teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu program aplikasi SPSS v.24.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari stres kerja terhadap kinerja staff pasasi Maskapai Super Air Jet di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai t_hitung 17,531 > t_tabel 1,656. Hasil dari pengujian juga menunjukan bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 70,6% terhadap kinerja staff pasasi Maskapai Super Air Jet di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta.

Based on the information obtained, there has been an increase in the number of passengers by 21% in 2023, making Soekarno Hatta International Airport the most populous airport in Indonesia. Super Air Jet airline staff in following increasingly rapid developments are required to be able to adapt to all conditions so that with the various situations and conditions experienced, it is necessary to control employee work stress so as to create good performance for employees. This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of Super Air Jet airline passenger staff at Soekarno Hatta International Airport and how big the influence is. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method, namely by using the population and samples from all flight staff of the Super Air Jet Airline at Soekarno Hatta International Airport as respondents. The data collection technique used is to include a number of theoretical bases and distribute questionnaires, then data analysis techniques are carried out using the SPSS v.24.0 application program tools. The results of the research show that there is an influence of work stress on the performance of the Super Air Jet airline passenger staff at Soekarno Hatta International Airport which can be seen from the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and the t_count value of 17.531 > t_table 1.656. The results of the test also show that work stress has an influence of 70.6% on the performance of Super Air Jet passenger staff at Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
