PERAN METODE FASHOHAH TERHADAP PENGUATAN MUTU HAFALAN SANTRI DI PESANTREN SALAFIYAH HAMALATUL QUR’AN

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran metode fashohah dalam meningkatkan mutu hafalan santri di Pesantren Salafiyah Hamalatul Qur’an. Metode fashohah merupakan teknik penyetoran hafalan Al-Qur’an secara lisan yang menekankan pada kefasihan bacaan, ketepatan makhraj huruf, serta penerapan tajwid, dengan bimbingan langsung dari guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode fashohah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kualitas hafalan santri, termasuk ketepatan bacaan, kelancaran, dan stabilitas hafalan. Selain itu, metode ini juga membentuk kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan motivasi dalam diri santri. Proses fashohah membantu memperkuat keterampilan membaca Al-Qur’an dan menanamkan adab terhadap Al-Qur’an secara mendalam. Dengan demikian, metode fashohah dapat dijadikan strategi efektif dalam menjaga mutu hafalan dan membentuk karakter Qur’ani santri secara berkelanjutan di pesantren salafiyah.
This study examines the role of the fashohah method in improving the quality of students' Qur’anic memorization at Pesantren Salafiyah Hamalatul Qur’an. The fashohah method is a technique of oral Qur’an memorization submission that emphasizes reading fluency, correct articulation of letters (makhraj), and proper application of tajwid, under the direct guidance of a teacher. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study design, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the fashohah method significantly contributes to the quality of students’ memorization, including reading accuracy, fluency, and stability of memorization. In addition, this method fosters discipline, responsibility, and motivation within the students. The fashohah process strengthens Qur’anic reading skills and deeply instills proper etiquette (adab) toward the Qur’an. Therefore, the fashohah method can serve as an effective strategy for maintaining memorization quality and shaping students’ Qur’anic character sustainably in salafiyah pesantren.
