IDENTIFIKASI POLA MAKAN PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER PERTAMA DI PUSKESMAS ROWOTENGAH JEMBER

Latar Belakang: Pola makan ibu hamil adalah pengaturan jenis, jumlah, dan frekuensi konsumsi makanan yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi ibu dan janin selama masa kehamilan Tujuan: Untuk megidentifikasi pola akan pada ibu hamil trimester 1 di wilayah puskesmas rowotengah di jember. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan jenis studi kasus deskriptif secara mendalam tentang identifikasi pola makan pada ibu hamil trimester pertama pada 3 responden, menggunakan kuesioner FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire), Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang identifikasi pola makan pada ibu hamil trimester pertama terhadap tiga responden diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh responden memiliki pola makan dalam kategori cukup. Skor FFQ dengan hasil peroleh yaitu Ny. L sebesar 82, Ny. N sebesar 75, dan Ny. A sebesar 80.Diskusi : Perubahan pola makan yang baik pada ibu hamil dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain penerimaan ibu terhadap perubahan kondisi selama kehamilan, dukungan pasangan, dukungan keluarga, pengalaman kehamilan sebelumnya, serta lingkungan sosial yang mendukung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga dan kesiapan ibu dalam menjalani kehamilan berperan penting dalam membentuk pola makan yang lebih sehat dan seimbang. Selain itu, faktor emosional dan psikologis ibu juga dapat memengaruhi kemampuan adaptasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi selama masa kehamilan.
Background: Background: The diet of pregnant women is the regulation of the type, amount, and frequency of food consumption that aims to meet the nutritional needs of the mother and fetus during pregnancy. Objective: To identify the pattern of eating in the first trimester of pregnant women in the Rowotengah Community Health Center area in Jember. Method: This research design uses a type of in-depth descriptive case study on the identification of eating patterns in the first trimester of pregnant women in 3 respondents respondents using the FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire). Results: Based on the results of research on the identification of eating patterns in the first trimester of pregnant women on three questionnaire, the results obtained were that all respondents had a diet in the sufficient category. The FFQ score with the results obtained was Mrs. L of 82, Mrs. N of 75, and Mrs. A of 80. Discusion: Healthy dietary changes in pregnant women are influenced by several factors, including the mother's acceptance of changes during pregnancy, partner support, family support, previous pregnancy experiences, and a supportive social environment. This suggests that family support and the mother's readiness for pregnancy play a crucial role in developing healthier and more balanced eating patterns. Furthermore, the mother's emotional and psychological well-being can also influence her ability to adapt to meeting nutritional needs during pregnancy.
