Abstrak

Peredaran produk minuman home industry cacat produk pada pangan industri rumah tangga (pirt). Dalam kasus ini produk industri rumah tangga masih beredar dipasaran meskipun belum memliki sertifikat izin pangan industry rumah tangga (P-IRT). Minimnya pengawasan dari instansi terkait untuk memberikan sanksi atau teguran menjadi salah satu masalah. Undang undang yangUMKM tidak menjelaskan secara detail tentang mekanisme perizinan sehingga bisa saling berkaitan dengan undang undang perlindungan konsumen. Dimana pada pasal 4 angka 7 hak konsumen untuk mendapatkan perlakuan atau dilayani secara benar dan jujur serta tidak diskriminatif.
