ANALISIS AUDIT ENERGI DENGAN PENDEKATAN AHP-PROMETHEE PADA GEDUNG RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PEMANGKAT

Abstrak

Audit energi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pemangkat dilakukan secara rinci pada sistem pencahayaan dan tata udara data yang diperoleh yaitu rekening listrik selama satu tahun januari sampai desember 2023 guna meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan listrik tanpa mengganggu fungsi sistem kelistrikan. Mengingat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pemangkat belum pernah dilakukan audit energi sebelumnya di fasilitas ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi tingkat efisiensi energi melalui perhitungan IKE, serta mengidentifikasi potensi PHE yang dapat dicapai. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai IKE sebesar 76,4244 kWh/m² per tahun termasuk dalam kategori sangat efisien, sesuai dengan standar Kementerian ESDM. Sementara itu, potensi penghematan energi listrik yang dapat dioptimalkan tercatat sebesar 471.644,7213 kWh per tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah AHP yang dikombinasikan dengan metode PROMETHEE, untuk menentukan prioritas dari sejumlah strategi efisiensi energi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggantian lampu konvensional dengan lampu LED menjadi alternatif prioritas utama, dengan nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,5701. Selanjutnya, diikuti oleh strategi optimasi sistem HVAC (0,2574), perawatan rutin unit AC (0,1352), dan pemanfaatan pencahayaan alami (0,0532).Dengan hasil tersebut, penggantian lampu ke jenis LED dinilai sebagai strategi paling efektif dalam mendukung efisiensi energi di RSUD Pemangkat. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap penghematan energi dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional rumah sakit secara menyeluruh.

The energy audit at the Pemangkat Regional General Hospital was carried out in detail on the lighting system and air conditioning data obtained, namely electricity accounts for one year from January to December 2023 in order to improve the efficiency of electricity use without disrupting the function of the electrical system. Given that the Pemangkat Regional General Hospital has never done an energy audit before in this facility. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of energy efficiency through the calculation of IKE, and identify the potential PHE that can be achieved. The calculation results show that the IKE value of 76.4244 kWh/m² per year is included in the highly efficient category, in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Meanwhile, the potential for electrical energy savings that can be optimised is recorded at 471,644.7213 kWh per year. The method used is AHP combined with the PROMETHEE method, to determine the priority of a number of energy efficiency strategies. The analysis results show that replacing conventional lamps with LED lamps is the top priority alternative, with the highest preference value of 0.5701. This is followed by HVAC system optimisation strategies (0.2574), routine maintenance of air conditioning units (0.1352), and utilisation of natural lighting (0.0532). With these results, replacing lamps with LEDs is considered the most effective strategy in supporting energy efficiency at RSUD Pemangkat. The implementation of this strategy is expected to have a significant impact on energy savings and improve the overall operational efficiency of the hospital.
