PENGARUH NORMA SUBJEKTIF DAN PERSEPSI KONTROL PERILAKU TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMSI FAST FOOD PADA REMAJA DI SMPN 30 BANJARMASIN

Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Masa remaja merupakan periode rentan terhadap pengaruh gaya hidup modern, termasuk pola konsumsi fast food yang tinggi kalori namun rendah nutrisi. Perilaku ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah lingkungan sosial dan persepsi individu. Berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior, norma subjektif (pengaruh orang terdekat) dan persepsi kontrol perilaku (keyakinan atas kemampuan diri) menjadi prediktor penting dalam membentuk perilaku kesehatan. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap perilaku konsumsi fast food pada remaja di SMPN 30 Banjarmasin. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 67 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil: Sebagian besar norma subjektif pada responden mendukung yaitu sebanyak 35 orang (52,2%), sebagian besar persespi kontrol perilaku responden baik yaitu sebanyak 35 orang (52,2%), sebagian besar perilaku konsumsi fast food pada responden sering yaitu sebanyak 44 orang (65,7%). Tidak ada pengaruh norma subjektif terhadap perilaku konsumsi fast food di SMPN 30 Banjarmasin (p value = 0,070) dan terdapat pengaruh persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap perilaku konsumsi fast food di SMPN 30 Banjarmasin (p value = 0,021). Simpulan: Tidak ada pengaruh antara norma subjektif terhadap perilaku konsumsi fast food dan terdapat ada pengaruh persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap perilaku konsumsi fast food.

Background: Adolescence is a period vulnerable to the influence of modern lifestyles, including fast food consumption patterns that are high in calories but low in nutrients. This behavior is influenced by various factors, one of which is the social environment and individual perceptions. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, subjective norms (influence of close people) and perceived behavioral control (belief in self-ability) are important predictors in shaping health behavior. Objective: Knowing the effect of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on fast food consumption behavior in adolescents at SMPN 30 Banjarmasin. Methods: Quantitative research with cross sectional design. The research sample of 67 respondents was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using chi-square test. Results: Most of the subjective norms in respondents support as many as 35 people (52.2%), most of the respondents' behavioral control perceptions are good, namely 35 people (52.2%), most of the fast food consumption behavior in respondents is often as many as 44 people (65.7%). There is no effect of subjective norms on fast food consumption behavior at SMPN 30 Banjarmasin (p value = 0.070) and there is an effect of perceived behavioral control on fast food consumption behavior at SMPN 30 Banjarmasin (p value = 0.021). Conclusion: There is no influence between subjective norms on fast food consumption behavior and there is an influence of perceived behavioral control on fast food consumption behavior.
