Abstrak

Motivasi yang tinggi dapat mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih produktif dan memberikan hasil yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Artikel Literatur Review Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel Literatur Review ini adalah dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literatur Review ini adalah bahwa motivasi kerja berpegaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
