PENGARUH DIGITAL UMKM DAN DIGITALIS EKONOMI PRODUKTIF DALAM PEREKONOMIAN INDONESIA

Abstrak

Perkembangan perekonomian suatu negara tentunya memerlukan dukungan hukum untuk berperan sebagai pengatur dan pedoman bagi seluruh kebijakan perekonomian.

 Konstitusi adalah hukum tertinggi dan menjadi landasan bagi peraturan-peraturan yang timbul darinya, konstitusi yang memuat sistem perekonomian dapat disebut  konstitusi perekonomian, konstitusi perekonomian merupakan sarana untuk memperkuat sistem perekonomian negara, oleh karena itu setiap kebijakan perekonomian yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Negara harus didasarkan pada konstitusi perekonomian dengan tujuan menjamin sebesar-besarnya kemakmuran  rakyat dan mewujudkan negara kesejahteraan.

The economic development of a country certainly requires legal support to act as a regulator and guide for all economic policies. The constitution is the highest law and is the basis for regulations that arise from it, a constitution that contains an economic system can be called an economic constitution, an economic constitution is a means of strengthening the country's economic system, therefore every economic policy implemented by the State Government must be based on the constitution economy with the aim of ensuring the greatest prosperity of the people and realizing a welfare state.
