Abstrak

ABSTRAK

Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan istilah lain yang menggantikan kata “Anak Istimewah” untuk kelainan tertentu.Anak berkebutuhan khusus mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda-beda.Anak berkebutuhan khusus memerlukan pelayanan pendidikan khusus yang mampu dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan keterbatasannya.Individu berkebutuhan khusus mempunyai kecacatan fisik, emosional, mental, intelektual, dan/atau sosial, baik keterbatasan maupun kelebihannya. Hak asasi manusia harus dijamin, dilindungi dan dihormati oleh orang tua, keluarga, masyarakat, pemerintah dan negara. Hak asasi manusia harus dihormati, termasuk hak atas pendidikan dan pelatihan.Masyarakat berkebutuhan khusus juga mendapat manfaat dari layanan pendidikan.Tidak semua orang berkebutuhan khusus mendapat manfaat dari layanan lokal.Benar bahwa pendidikan gagal memberikan layanan yang memenuhi kebutuhan mereka.Untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat berkebutuhan khusus sejak remaja, maka pendidikan bagi generasi muda masa kini harus mampu menyambut dan melayani masyarakat tersebut. Pelayanan pendidikan bagi remaja usia sipil dan berkebutuhan khusus harus diberikan secara komprehensif.Pendidikan inklusif adalah suatu sistem pendidikan yang mengikutsertakan seluruh anak dalam suatu lingkungan belajar secara bersama-sama, menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan bagi semua anak.di lingkungan pembelajaran berlayanan.Pendidikan dirancang dan bersifat individual bagi peserta didik, tanpa membedakan anak berdasarkan perbedaan suku, ras, status sosial, kemampuan ekonomi, status politik, bahasa, atau lokasi, suku, jenis kelamin, nilai agama/geografis, dan kondisi fisik atau mental.

Children with special needs is another term that replaces the word "special child" for certain disorders.Children with special needs have different characteristics.Children with special needs require specialized educational services that are capable and adapted to their characteristics and limitations.Individuals with special needs have physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and/or social disabilities, both limitations and advantages. Human rights must be guaranteed, protected and respected by parents, family, society, government and the State.Human rights must be respected, including the right to education and training.People with special needs also benefit from educational services. Not all people with special needs benefit from local services. It is true that education does not provide services that meet their needs. By providing services to the special needs community from an early age, today's youth education must be able to meet and serve this community. Educational services for civilian-aged youth with special needs must be provided in a comprehensive manner. Inclusive education is an education system that includes all children in a learning environment, providing education that provides opportunities for all children in a learning environment that serves the community. Education is designed and individualized for students, without distinction between children on the basis of differences in ethnicity, race, social status, economic ability, political status, language language or location, ethnicity, gender, religious/geographical values and physical or mental condition
