Abstrak

The author discusses the Criminal Punishment Against Perpetrators The Effects of Liquor in Cause Occurring in Sleman. It is against the backdrop of the fact seediness Crime is caused by loss of consciousness due to consuming excessive liquor is happening in society and until now its existence is still not eradicated until the roots. formulation of the problem in this study is : Does the punishment for criminal offenders the judge to consider the circumstances that influenced liquor, and How the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of criminal acts that caused the influence of liquor. Method approach in this paper is a type of normative legal research, this study was conducted by examining the sources of data from books and the existing laws as the data mainly supported by secondary data consisting of interviews with respondents and interviewees. Sources of data in this study were obtained by means of field studies and literature. The data obtained in the research literature and research in the field is processed using qualitative analysis. Based on the analysis that had been conducted by the author, it can be concluded as follows: Consideration of judges in imposing penalties for criminal offenders who are affected to consider the state liquor and responsibility of the criminals who caused the influence of liquor is to perform preventive and repressive efforts
