PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNENCE PADA CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONBILITY DALAM COMPANY PERFORMANCE DI BERBAGAI NEGARA

Abstrak

Good Corporate Governance telah menjadi sebuah isu penting dalam beberapa waktu terakhir, seiring dengan adanya peningkatan dalam tuntutan transparansi dan akuntanbilitas dalam sebuah praktik bisnis. Perusahaan tidak lagi dapat hanya berfokus pada hal pencapaian laba semata tetapi juga harus mempertimbangkan dampak akan operasional mereka terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dipilih agar memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam akan sebuah masalah yang diteliti. Pengelolaan perusahaan yang baik dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Pengungkapan CSR merupakan implementasi dari prinsip tanggung jawab GCG terhadap lingkungan sosial perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan teori stakeholder, pengungkapan CSR merupakan upaya perusahaan untuk memberikan manfaat bagi seluruh stakeholder untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap implementasi yang terjadi dalam Corporate Social Responbility dan Company Performance di berbagai negara.

Good Corporate Governance has become an important issue in recent times, along with the increasing demands for transparency and accountability in business practices. Companies can no longer focus solely on achieving profits but must also consider the impact of their operations on society and the environment. A qualitative descriptive approach was chosen to gain a deeper understanding of the problem being studied. Good corporate management can increase the value of the company. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. CSR disclosure is an implementation of the principle of GCG responsibility towards the company's social environment. The results of the study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure does not have a significant effect on company value. Based on stakeholder theory, CSR disclosure is a company's effort to provide benefits to all stakeholders to achieve company goals. Good Corporate Governance has a significant influence on the implementation that occurs in Corporate Social Responsibility and Company Performance in various countries.
