Common Traffic Advisory Frequency (CTAF) merupakan frekuensi radio yang digunakan oleh pilot untuk berkomunikasi di wilayah tanpa menara kontrol udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pemantauan dan perekaman radio CTAF di Airnav Cabang Banda Aceh guna meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi penerbangan di wilayah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE). Metode ini dapat mempermudah dalam pembuatan Rancangan Radio Monitoring dan recording frekuensi CTAF pada bandara unit yang tidak memiliki ATC Control di Airnav Cabang Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian melibatkan perancangan alat yang terdiri dari komponen RTL-SDR, Antena dipole, dan aplikasi pendukung seperti Airspy, Livevoice, NCH recording dan Anydesk. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan Solusi praktis dan efisien untuk memonitoring dan merecording komunikasi penerbangan didaerah CTAF dan memberikan pelayanan informasi pencarian dan pertolongan apabila terjadi suatu kegagalan penerbangan.
Common Traffic Advisory Frequency (CTAF) is a radio frequency used by pilots to communicate in areas without air traffic control towers. This research aims to design a CTAF radio monitoring and recording system at the Banda Aceh Branch of Airnav to enhance the safety and efficienty of flights in the area. The research method used is Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE). This method facilities the creation of CTAF frequency radio monitoring and recording system at airports without ATC Control in the Banda Aceh branch of Airnav. The research involves designing a device consisting of RTL-SDR components, a sipole antenna, and supporting applications such as airspy, livevoice, NCH recording, and anydesk. The result of this research are expected to provide prsctical and efficient solutions for monitoring and recording flight communications in the CTAF area and to provide information services for search and rescue operations in the event of a flight failure.
