FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI WAKTU TUNGGU PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN DI POLIKLINIK INTERNA RSUD SELE BE SOLU KOTA SORONG

Abstrak

Waktu tunggu menjadi salah satu komponen kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit, mulai dari pasien itu datang mendaftar sampai selesai mendapatkan pelayanan. Dari hasil survei tersebut terlihat bahwa masih terdapat waktu tunggu pelayanan rawat jalan di poliklinik interna melebihi waktu yang ditetapkan standar pelayanan rawat jalan yakni ≤ 60 menit. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pasien di Poliklinik Interna RSUD Sele Be Solu. Dalam penelitian ini desain yang digunakan adalah desain studi deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross sectional, dengan jumlah responden 100 orang pasien. Hasil penelitian pada analisis dengan menggunakan uji Regresi Linear Sederhana  menunjukan jenis pembayaran, pelayanan rekamedik dan pelayanan poliklinik dengan p-value Anova 0,000 yang artinya persamaan regresi linear sudah signifikan secara keseluruhan atau terdapat pengaruh antara jenis pembayaran, pelayanan rekamedik dan pelayanan poliklinik dengan waktu tunggu pelayanan rawat jalan di Poliklinik Interna RSUD Sele Be Solu Kota Sorong, Kesimpulan adalah terdapat pengaruh antara jenis pembayaran dan pelayanan poliklinik dengan waktu tunggu, sedangkan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara pelayanan rekamedik dengan waktu tunggu pelayanan rawat jalan. Disarankan kepada RSUD Sele Be Solu Kota Sorong menyusun SOP khusus penyediaan dokumen rekamedis dan meningkatkan kedisiplinan tenaga kesehatan.

In this research, the design used was a descriptive study design using a cross-sectional approach, with a total of 100 patients as respondents.The results of the research analysis using the Simple Linear Regression test show the type of payment, medical services and polyclinic services with an Anova p-value of 0.000, which means that the linear regression equation is significant overall or there is an influence between the type of payment, medical services and polyclinic services and the waiting time for services. outpatient treatment at the Internal Polyclinic of Sele Be Solu Regional Hospital, Sorong City, The conclusion is that there is an influence between the type of payment and polyclinic services and waiting time, while there is no influence between record medical services and waiting time for outpatient services. It is recommended that the Sele Be Solu Regional Hospital, Sorong City, prepare a special SOP for providing medical record documents and improving the discipline of health workers.
