PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 KASIMBAR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai "Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar". Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru di SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar. Oleh karena itu, penulis memfokuskan pada pemasalahan kedisiplinan yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar. Metode Yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 32 responden, yang dipilih melalui Teknik sampel Jenuh. Dalam penelitian terdapat beberapa teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu, dokumentasi observasi dan pembagian kuesioner. Uji instrumen pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, reabilit. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan analisis regresi sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil Uji-t pada variabel Kepemimpinan menghasilkan nilai statistik t-hitung sebesar 3,079 dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,004, sesuai dengan temuan penelitian dan uji statistik yang telah dilakukan mengenai Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Disiplin Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar. Mengingat statistik t-hitung<t-tabel (3,079 > 2,042) dan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05, dapat dikatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplan Guru. Implikasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di Sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar, harus lebih memahami serta memperhatikan kepemimpinan yang baik, agar kedisiplinan guru bisa bejalan dengan baik. Seorang pemimpin harus memliki kepribadian sebagai seorang pemimpin yang mampu memotivasi bawahan, memliki kemapuan dalam memberikan arahan, serta memilki kesanggupan dalam berkomunakasi dengan bawahan.

This research examines "The Influence of School Principal Leadership on Teacher Discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar." The aim of this study is to determine the level of significant influence of school principal leadership on teacher discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar. Therefore, the author focuses on the issue of discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar. The method used in this research is quantitative. The research sample consists of 32 respondents, selected through the Saturated Sampling technique. Several data collection techniques were employed in this research, namely documentation, observation, and the distribution of questionnaires. The instrument tests in this study included validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this research were a simple regression analysis approach, the coefficient of determination test, and the t-test. Based on the t-test results on the Leadership variable (X), a t-statistic value of 3.079 with a t-significance of 0.004 was obtained, consistent with the research findings and statistical tests conducted regarding the Influence of School Principal Leadership on Teacher Discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar. Given that the t-statistic is greater than the t-table value (3.079 > 2.042) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.004 < 0.05), it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that the Leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Discipline. The implications of this research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kasimbar suggest that a better understanding and attention to good leadership are necessary to ensure smooth teacher discipline. A leader should possess the personality of someone capable of motivating subordinates, having the ability to provide direction, and possessing the capacity to communicate with subordinates.
