DIGITALISASI PELAYANAN AKADEMIK DI SMA NEGERI 1 SIDRAP

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji Digitalisasi pelayanan akademik di SMA Negeri 1 SIDRAP, dengan fokus pada penggunaan perangkat digitalisasi pelayanan akademik, integrasi penggunaan teknologi informasi pelayanan akademik serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data dari Guru Teknologi informasi, operator sekolah dan siswa di sekolah tersebut.data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan akhir.keabsahan data diperiksa menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam optimalisasi 1). Penggunaan Digitalisasi Pelayanan akademik dipersiapkan dengan spesifikasi tinggi serta software dan hadware harus memiliki perangkat kerja maksimal sehingga dapat melakukan digitalisasi dalam pelayanan akademik di sekolah. bahwa pihak sekolah menggunakan berbagai aplikasi serta alat digitalisasi yang memadai dalam mendukung proses digitalisasi pelayanan akademik seperti penggunaan all in one komputer untuk perangkat keras dan microsoft office, micrososft excel serta website untuk pelayanan akademik. 2) integrasi penggunaan teknologi informasi pelayanan akademik di SMA Negeri 1 SIDRAP yakni dengan menggunakan berbagai perangkat aplikasi penunjang dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi pelayanan akademik.3). faktor pendukungnya terkait dengan optimalisasi teknologi informasi seperti dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, kolaborasi antar sesama pihak sekolah dan penyediaan perangkat yang memadai. 4). Faktor penghambatnya terkait optimalisasi teknologi informasi pelayanan akademik seperti jaringan yang terkadang mengalami gangguan.

This study examines the Digitalization of Academic Services at SMA Negeri 1 SIDRAP, focusing on the use of academic service digitalization devices, integration of the use of academic service information technology and supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with data sources from Information Technology Teachers, school operators and students at the school. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data exposure and drawing final conclusions. The validity of the data was checked using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that in optimizing 1). The use of Academic Service Digitalization is prepared with high specifications and software and hardware must have maximum work devices so that they can digitize academic services at school. that the school uses various applications and adequate digitalization tools to support the process of digitalizing academic services such as the use of all-in-one computers for hardware and Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and websites for academic services. 2) integration of the use of academic service information technology at SMA Negeri 1 SIDRAP, namely by using various supporting application devices in the use of academic service information technology. 3). supporting factors are related to the optimization of information technology such as adequate support for facilities and infrastructure, collaboration between schools and the provision of adequate devices. 4). Inhibiting factors are related to the optimization of information technology for academic services such as networks that sometimes break down and devices that often experience disruptions.
