PERKEMBANGAN SISTEM REPRODUKSI HEWAN INVERTEBRATA DAN VERTEBRATA

Abstrak

Reproduksi adalah salah satu kemampuan terpenting yang dimiliki hewan tanpa kemampuan tersebut maka setiap spesies akan segera mengalami kepunahan. Tujuan mempelajari sistem reproduksi pada hewan invertebrata dan vertebrata adalah untuk membantu kita memahami bagaimana setiap spesies bereproduksi dan juga memastikan kelangsungan hidup mereka dan mengetahui perkembangan sistem reproduksi pada hewan invertebrata dan vertebrata. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur melalui artikel-artikel dengan mengidentifikasi sistem reproduksi pada hewan vertebrata dan invertebrata. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah berbagai informasi mengenai cara reproduksi masing-masing kelas pada hewan invertebrata dan hewan vertebrata. Pada dasarnya sistem reproduksi sendiri dikategorikan menjadi dua, yaitu dari segi cara kawinnya yaitu reproduksi seksual dan aseksual, terdapat perbedaan yang besar di antara keduanya terutama dari segi prosesnya. Untuk hewan invertebrata memiliki sistem reproduksi yang dilakukan secara aseksual melalui peleburan sel gamet, reproduksi ini biasanya dilakukan dengan cara pembelahan, fragmentasi, pertunasan. Namun, hewan vertebrata memiliki sistem reproduksi yang terjadi secara seksual yang merupakan bagian dari proses perkembangbiakan yang ditandai dengan adanya proses penyatuan sel germinal yaitu sel benih dari jantan dan sel benih dari betina sehingga terbentuklah  individu baru.

The purpose of studying the reproductive system in invertebrate and vertebrate animals is to help us understand how every species reproduce and also ensure their survival and know the development of the reproductive system in invertebrate and vertebrate animals. The method used is a literature study through articles by identifying the reproductive system in vertebrate and invertebrate animals. The results obtained are various information on how to reproduce each class in invertebrate animals and vertebrate animals. Basically, the reproductive system itself is categorized into two, namely in terms of the way of mating, namely sexual and asexual reproduction, there is a big difference between the two, especially in terms of the process. Invertebrate animals have a reproductive system that is carried out asexually through the fusion of gamete cells, this reproduction is usually carried out by means of division, fragmentation, budding. However, vertebrate animals have a reproductive system that occurs sexually which is part of the breeding process which is characterized by the process of unification of germ cells, namely germ cells from males and germ cells from females so that new individuals are formed..
