ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN SISTEM E-KINERJA PADA BAPPEDA PROVINSI GORONTALO; HAMBATAN DAN SOLUSI

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektifitas penerapan system e-kinerja untuk mengukur penelian kinerja pegawai secara efektif . menganalisis dan menilai penerapan teknologi baru sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas kinerja PNS/ASN dalam kegiatan kerja melalui pemanfaatan e-kinerja.Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang disajikan dengan data secara deskriptif berupa hasil wawancara dari informan, observasi di lapangan dan studi mengenai dokumen yang berhubungan dengan objek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi e-Kinerja terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kinerja PNS di BAPPEDA Provinsi Gorontalo belum efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja pegawai, melainkan hanya untuk meningkatkan tingkat disiplin tepat waktu dengan tingkat adaptasi terhadap penggunaan aplikasi E-Kinerja berkelanjutan.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the e-performance system to measure employee performance research effectively. analyze and assess the implementation of new technology as an effort to improve the effectiveness and productivity of PNS/ASN performance in work activities through the use of e-performance. This study is a type of qualitative research with a case study method presented with descriptive data in the form of interview results from informants, field observations and studies of documents related to the object. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of E-Performance on increasing the productivity of PNS performance at BAPPEDA Gorontalo Province has not been effective in increasing employee performance productivity, but only to increase the level of discipline on time with the level of adaptation to the use of sustainable E-Performance applications.
