ANALISIS KONSEP KERJA, PEKERJAAN, DAN PERAN KARYAWAN DALAM PROSES PRODUKSI PADA PABRIK TAHU

Pabrik tahu merupakan salah satu usaha kecil yang banyak berkembang di masyarakat, termasuk di Meulaboh. Dalam proses produksinya, setiap pekerja memiliki tugas dan peran yang berbeda agar proses pembuatan tahu dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep kerja, pekerjaan, dan peran karyawan dalam proses produksi pada pabrik tahu di Meulaboh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi terhadap kegiatan produksi tahu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembagian kerja yang jelas antara karyawan dapat membantu kelancaran proses produksi, mulai dari pengolahan bahan baku hingga pencetakan tahu. Dengan adanya pembagian pekerjaan yang teratur, proses produksi dapat berjalan lebih efisien dan hasil produksi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.

The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation of tofu production activities. The results of the analysis show that a clear division of work among employees can help facilitate the production process, starting from raw material processing to tofu molding. With an organized division of tasks, the production process can run more efficiently and the production results can meet the needs of the community.
