HUBUNGAN PEMBAGIAN PEKERJAAN DENGAN STRATEGI PRODUKSI PADA USAHA PABRIK TAHU DI MEULABOH

Abstrak

Usaha pabrik tahu merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha kecil yang banyak berkembang di masyarakat, termasuk di wilayah Meulaboh. Dalam proses produksinya, pembagian pekerjaan menjadi hal penting agar kegiatan produksi dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pembagian pekerjaan dengan strategi produksi pada usaha pabrik tahu di Meulaboh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada pemilik serta pekerja pabrik tahu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembagian pekerjaan yang jelas dapat membantu memperlancar proses produksi, meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, serta menjaga kualitas produk tahu yang dihasilkan. Dengan adanya pembagian tugas yang sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing pekerja, strategi produksi dapat dijalankan secara lebih terorganisir dan menghasilkan output yang optimal.

The tofu factory business is one form of small-scale enterprise that has developed widely in the community, including in the Meulaboh area. In the production process, the division of labor is an important factor so that production activities can run effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the relationship between the division of labor and production strategies in tofu factory businesses in Meulaboh. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation and interviews with the owner and workers of the tofu factory. The results of the study show that a clear division of labor can help facilitate the production process, increase time efficiency, and maintain the quality of the tofu products produced. With the division of tasks according to the abilities of each worker, the production strategy can be carried out in a more organized manner and produce optimal output
