Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi digitalisasi alat pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Digitalisasi alat pembelajaran meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan identifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan tim teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan yang ditarik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan digitalisasi alat pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung telah dilakukan secara sistematis melalui analisis kebutuhan, pemilihan platform digital, dan penyusunan alat pembelajaran dalam format digital. Implementasi digitalisasi alat pembelajaran berjalan cukup baik, ditandai dengan penggunaan media digital, penyimpanan dokumen pembelajaran secara online, dan kolaborasi antar guru dengan dukungan kepala sekolah dan tim TIK. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi digitalisasi antara lain ketersediaan infrastruktur, dukungan manajemen sekolah, dan motivasi guru, sedangkan faktor penghambat antara lain keterbatasan kompetensi teknologi beberapa guru dan kendala jaringan internet. Digitalisasi alat pembelajaran berdampak positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan kualitas proses pembelajaran, meskipun masih perlu perbaikan dalam aspek monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, penerapan digitalisasi alat pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung bisa dikatakan cukup efektif, namun tetap membutuhkan penguatan dalam pengawasan dan pengembangan kompetensi digital pendidik.

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of digitization of learning tools at SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung in improving the effectiveness and quality of the learning process. Digitization of learning tools includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and identification of supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies with research subjects including school principals, vice principals, teachers, and information and communication technology (ICT) teams. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawn. The results of the study show that the planning of the digitization of learning tools at SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung has been carried out systematically through needs analysis, the selection of digital platforms, and the preparation of learning tools in digital format. The implementation of digitization of learning tools is going quite well, characterized by the use of digital media, online storage of learning documents, and collaboration between teachers with the support of the principal and the ICT team. Supporting factors in the implementation of digitalization include the availability of infrastructure, school management support, and teacher motivation, while inhibiting factors include the limited technological competence of some teachers and internet network constraints. The digitization of learning tools has a positive impact on the effectiveness of teachers' work and the quality of the learning process, although there is still a need for improvement in the aspects of continuous monitoring and evaluation. Thus, the implementation of digitization of learning tools at SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung can be said to be quite effective, but it still needs to be strengthened in the supervision and development of educators' digital competencies.
