Introduction: This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and Shariah governance on investment decisions among students in the Shariah capital market. Financial literacy and Shariah governance are considered important factors in shaping investment decisions based on Shariah principles. Methods: The research design employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The variables investigated include financial literacy, Shariah governance, and investment decisions. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The results show that both financial literacy and Shariah governance have a significant effect on investment decisions, both directly and indirectly. These findings suggest that enhancing financial literacy and improving the implementation of Shariah governance can encourage more rational investment decisions in line with Shariah principles. The implications of this study are the need for strengthened educational programs on financial literacy among students and improved oversight and transparency in the implementation of Shariah governance. This research contributes by highlighting the significant relationship between financial literacy, Shariah governance, and investment decisions, which has been less explored in previous literature.
