KETERKAITAN KUALITAS PROJECT MANAGER DAN KERJA SAMA TIM TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PROYEK MANAJEMEN PADA PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK BARU

Abstrak

The quality of project managers and teamwork have a significant influence on the success of a project. The quality of project managers has the greatest influence on project success compared to teamwork. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of project managers and teamwork on project success. The method used is a quantitative approach with a questionnaire using a Likert scale (15 questions) that was validated and completed by 44 respondents. Validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, ANOVA Test for Equal Variances and linear regression were used for data analysis. The results showed that all indicators in each variable were valid (r count greater than r table (r = 0.297)), reliable (Cronbach's Alpha greater than 0.7), H0 was not accepted (P-value <0.005) and the data did not follow a normal distribution. The ANOVA Test for Equal Variances showed that H0 for project manager quality was rejected and there was a statistically significant difference between standard deviations. Meanwhile, for teamwork, H0 was accepted and there was a statistically insignificant difference between standard deviations.
