IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM TASMI' DALAM MENJAGA KUALITAS HAFALAN AL-QUR'AN SANTRIWATI DARUL HUFFADZ PONDOK PESANTREN SYAFA'ATURRASUL TELUK KUANTAN

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh implementasi program tasmi’ dalam menjaga kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an santriwati Darul Huffadz Pondok Pesantren Syafa’aturrasul Teluk Kuantan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi program tasmi’ dalam menjaga kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an santriwati Darul Huffadz. Dan untuk mengetahui kemudian mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam hafalan Al-Qur’an santriwati Darul Huffadz Pondok Pesantren Syafa’aturrasul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian fenomenologi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah koordinator serta para musyrifah (Pembina) tahfidz, santriwati, alumi dan orangtua santriwati Darul Huffadz. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, implementasi program tasmi’ dalam menjaga kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an santriwati Darul Huffadz dilaksanakan dengan baik. Program tasmi’ dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan tasmi’ harian, tasmi’ pekanan, tasmi’ sughro, dan tasmi’ kubro. Program tasmi’ ini berlangsung secara rutin dan terjadwal, sehingga setiap santriwati dalam halaqah tahfidz berkewajiban untuk mengikuti dan mentasmi’kan hafalan Al-Qur’annya sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dalam program ini. Kedua, dengan penerapan program tasmi’ yang mempunyai kebijakan target dan penilaian, kualitas hafalan Al-Qur’an santriwati dapat terjaga dengan baik, dengan indikator penilaian berupa fashahah (Makharijul Huruf, Waqaf, dan Ibtida’), Tajwid, dan kelancaran hafalan. Ketiga, faktor pendukung hafalan Al-Qur’an di Darul Huffadz yaitu adanya target program yang jelas dan tata tertib, faktor individu, serta adanya motivasi dari diri sendiri, orangtua dan musyrifah pembimbing. Keempat, adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah faktor kesehatan dan kehadiran, malas dalam melakukan tasmi’, serta tidak istiqomah dan disiplin dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an.
This research was motivated by the implementation of the tasmi' program in maintaining the quality of the memorization of the Al-Qur'an by Darul Huffadz Islamic boarding school students at Syafa'aturrasul Teluk Kuantan. This research aims to describe how the tasmi' program is implemented in maintaining the quality of Darul Huffadz students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an. And to find out and then describe the factors that support and inhibit the memorization of the Al-Qur'an by Darul Huffadz Islamic boarding school students at Syafa'aturrasul. This type of research is phenomenological research using a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were the coordinators and the tahfidz musyrifah (counselors), santriwati, alumni and parents of Darul Huffadz santriwati. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. As well as data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that first, the implementation of the tasmi' program in maintaining the quality of Darul Huffadz students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an was carried out well. The tasmi' program is implemented in daily tasmi', weekly tasmi', tasmi' sughro, and tasmi' kubro activities. This tasmi' program takes place regularly and on a schedule, so that every female student in halaqah tahfidz is obliged to follow and complete her memorization of the Al-Qur'an according to the schedule set out in this program. Second, by implementing the tasmi' program which has a target and assessment policy, the quality of students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an can be well maintained, with assessment indicators in the form of fashahah (Makharijul Huruf, Waqaf, and Ibtida'), Tajwid, and memorization fluency. Third, the supporting factors for memorizing the Al-Qur'an at Darul Huffadz are the existence of clear program targets and rules, individual factors, as well as motivation from oneself, parents and musyrifah mentors. Fourth, the inhibiting factors are health and attendance factors, laziness in doing tasmi', and not being consistent and disciplined in memorizing the Al-Qur'an.
