This study aims to analyze the impact of financial compensation, work environment, and employee satisfaction on the work-life balance of employees in one manufacturing company in the Caribbean. The method of data collection that is used is quantitative and involves the use of a kuesioner that is distributed to all employees. The research findings indicate that the impact of financial compensation, work environment, and employee satisfaction on employee performance is significant.
