Abstrak

The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai salah satu Surf camp yang ada di Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai, Provinsi Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai memiliki penginapan dengan fasilitas yang lengkap bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung disana. Tujuan pengkarya menjadikan The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai sebagai objek karya, yaitu untuk mengembangkan profil perusahaan, menginformasikan bahwasanya The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai sebagai tempat bagi wisatawan yang ingin mengunjungi Surf Camp yang ada yang berada di tengah pulau yang dikelilingi oleh lautan. Lewat karya yang telah divisualkan, pengkarya bertujuan menyediakan wadah edukasi bagi khalayak umum yang tidak memiliki akses langsung untuk mengunjungi The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai. Kebanyakan teknik yang pengkarya gunakan dalam proses pengambilan karya yaitu menggunakan komposisi sentral dan sudut pengambilan eye level. Dalam penggarapan karya ini, pengkarya telah melakukan Eksplorasi, persiapan, perancangan sebelum melakukan penggarapan tugas akhir ini. Proses penciptaan karya tugas akhir ini melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi persiapan, perwujudan, seleksi karya, dan penyelesaian. Pengkarya melakukan proses editing untuk menyempurnakan karya tugas akhir ini. Karya berjumlah 22 buah. dengan jumlah foto sebanyak 40 buah yang telah diseleksi pembimbing.

The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai is one of the surf camps in Mentawai Islands Regency, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai has accommodation with complete facilities for tourists visiting there. The creator's aim in making The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai as a work object is to develop the company's profile, informing that The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai is a place for tourists who want to visit the Surf Camp which is located in the middle of an island surrounded by the ocean. Through the work that has been visualized, the creator aims to provide an educational platform for the general public who do not have direct access to visit The Shadow Surf Camp Mentawai. Most of the techniques that creators use in the process of taking works are using central composition and eye level shooting angles. In creating this work, the creator has carried out exploration, preparation and design before carrying out this final assignment. The process of creating this final project work goes through several stages including preparation, realization, work selection, and completion. The author carried out the editing process to perfect this final work. There are 22 works. with a total of 40 photos that have been selected by the supervisor.
