Quary Tapinalu is a quary located in the West Seram district. The material taken from the Wai Tapinalu river is the first time it has been used for Road Structure Capacity Building work. The purpose of this study will be to conduct a material feasibility test in the form of 5-10 crushed stones, 10-20 crushed stones and 20-30 crushed stones, sand and stone ash and determine the flatness and omethyst index of coarse aggregate materials. This research refers to the Highway Specification, 2018 Revision 2. With the experimental method, the data analysis carried out in this study included filter analysis (SNI 03-1968-1990), specific gravity and absorption of coarse and fine aggregates (SNI 1969:2008), moisture content and sludge content (SNI 1971:2011), abrasion (SNI 2417:2008), flatness and omethyst (SNI 8287:2016) and marshall test (SNI 06-2486-1991).Based on the results of tests in the laboratory, the abrasion value was obtained: abrasion value of 35.40%, specific gravity and absorption of coarse aggregate consisting of bulk specific gravity 2.70, specific gravity of SSD 2.73, pseudo-specific gravity 2.78, and absorption of 1.21%, specific gravity and absorption of fine aggregate consisting of bulk specific gravity 2.53, specific gravity of SSD 2.57, pseudo-specific gravity of 2.62 and absorption 1.40%,  flatness of 0.85% and ovalness of 0.26%, proportion of each 10-20 mm of broken stone is 20%, 20-30mm of broken stone is 21%, 5-10mm of broken stone is 18%, sand is 12%, ash stone is 28%. The characteristics of marshall at the optimum level are 5.5%. From the results of the marshall analysis on KAO, a VIM value of 4.29%, VMA 15.72%, VFB 72.69%, Flow 3.25 mm, Stability 1866 kg/mm and Marshall Quotient 450.00 kg/mm.
