PERANCANGAN UI/UX MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING UNTUK APLIKASI BOOKING SELF PHOTO STUDIO BERBASIS MOBILE DI AARE STUDIO

Abstrak

Seiring perkembangan zaman, segala aspek yang ada di kehidupan juga turut berkembang. Salah satu aspek yang sangat nampak perkembangannya yaitu teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan antarmuka pengguna aplikasi booking self photo studio dengan menggunakan metode desain thinking. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan. Dalam metode perancangan antarmuka pengguna aplikasi booking self photo studio penulis menggunakan metode design thinking. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap antarmuka pengguna yang telah dibuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan antarmuka pengguna yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat diterima dengan baik.

Along with the development of the times, every aspect of life has also evolved. One aspect that has shown significant progress is technology. This study aims to produce a user interface design for a self-photo studio booking application using the design thinking method. The research method employed is qualitative, with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to identify problems. In designing the user interface of the booking application, the author applied the design thinking method. The testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on the developed user interface. The results of this study indicate that the proposed design successfully produces a user interface that meets user needs and is well accepted.
