Abstrak

This research aims to determine the feasibility of the business with a case study of the fried food business in Nginden Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. In this research, the type of research applied is qualitative descriptive research using combined data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. By analyzing data using field facts. The informants in this research involved six fried food business owners in Nginden Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. With processing techniques analyzed using the analysis tools B/C (Benefit Cost Ratio), R/C (Revenue Cost Ratio), ROI (Return On Investment). The results of the research explain that based on the data obtained from the results of the analysis, Mrs. Istichomah's B/C is 2,393, Mrs. Jumaiyah's B/C is 3,134, Mr. Haris's B/C is 4,193, Mr. Roji's B/C is 4,850,  Mrs. Ikum's B/C is 4,970, Mr. Hamin's B/C is 3,640, Mrs. Istichomah's R/C is 3,393, Mrs. Jumaiyah's R/C is 4,134, R/C Mr. Haris's is 5,193, Mr. Roji's R/C is 5,850, Mrs. Ikum's R/C is 5,970, Mr. Hamin's R/C is 4,640. and Mrs. Istichomah's ROI is 1,657, Mrs. Jumaiyah's ROI is 1,993, Pak Haris' ROI is 2,729, Pak Roji's ROI is 1,722, Mrs. Ikum's ROI is 1,810, Pak Hamin's ROI is 1,840 for six fried food business informants in Nginden Village Sukolilo District, Surabaya City is worth running.
