Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of “Best Mango Thai”, a mango-based beverage business that adopts the concept of Thai fresh drinks. The feasibility analysis was conducted through five main aspects: technical, human resource management, marketing, financial, and environmental impact analysis (EIA). The study used a descriptive analysis method to evaluate the feasibility of the business. On the technical aspect, the analysis covered business location, inventory management, and facility design. The human resource management aspect showed simple but effective management with two employees who had been trained directly by the owner. The marketing aspect shows clear market segmentation with target consumers from various circles, supported by a comprehensive 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategy. The conclusion of the research shows that the “Best Mango Thai” business is feasible to run, both from non-financial and financial aspects. All indicators of financial viability show values above the minimum standard, while non-financial aspects show good potential for business sustainability.
