Abstrak

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengembangan Any Laundry di Balunijuk menggunakan analisis SWOT dan Matriks TOWS dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasilnya mengidentifikasi kekuatan seperti layanan antar-jemput gratis dan loyalitas pelanggan, kelemahan seperti pembukuan manual dan keterbatasan modal, peluang seperti kolaborasi dengan kos-kosan, serta ancaman seperti persaingan harga. Strategi yang dirumuskan meliputi optimalisasi layanan digital (SO), digitalisasi pembukuan (WO), menjaga loyalitas pelanggan (ST), dan pelatihan karyawan (WT). Disimpulkan bahwa Any Laundry berpotensi berkembang dengan strategi adaptif, saran praktisnya mencakup investasi teknologi dan penguatan SDM, sementara saran akademis menyarankan penelitian lanjutan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.

This research analyzes the business development strategy of Any Laundry in Balunijuk using SWOT analysis and the TOWS matrix through a qualitative approach. Key strengths include free pickup-delivery service and customer loyalty, while weaknesses involve manual bookkeeping and limited capital. Opportunities include collaboration with boarding houses, and threats include price competition. Proposed strategies include optimizing digital services (SO), digitizing bookkeeping (WO), maintaining customer loyalty (ST), and staff training (WT). The study concludes that Any Laundry has growth potential through adaptive strategies, recommending investments in digital technology and workforce improvement, while suggesting further quantitative research for academic purposes.
