Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS).

This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) aimed at improving the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SD Negeri 6 Batubulan through the implementation of the cooperative learning model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). The background of the study stems from low student achievement in multiplication of whole numbers, which was caused by teacher-centered conventional learning methods. The research was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 40 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests, and analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed a significant increase in average scores and learning mastery, with over 85% of students achieving mastery by the end of the second cycle. Therefore, the TSTS model is effective in improving students’ mathematics learning outcomes.
