PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN

Abstrak

Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance/GCG) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas perusahaan. Sektor infrastruktur memerlukan penerapan GCG yang efektif agar dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh GCG terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2022. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini mencakup kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independen, dan Leverage. Sementara variabel dependen berupa kinerja keuangan perusahaan diukur menggunakan Return on Assets (ROA). Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 19 perusahaan dengan total 76 observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komisaris independen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh positif.

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) plays a crucial role in enhancing corporate transparency and accountability. Infrastructure companies require effective GCG to achieve better financial performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of GCG on the financial performance of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2022 period. The independent variables in this study include institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and Leverage, while the dependent variable is financial performance measured using Return on Assets (ROA). A purposive sampling technique resulted in 19 companies with a total of 76 observation data. The analysis results show that independent commissioners have a positive effect on financial performance, whereas institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and Leverage do not show a positive effect.
