ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA DI RUMAH SAKIT SYAFIRA

Rumah Sakit sebagai lingkungan yang dinamis dengan aktivitas dan risiko yang beragam memerlukan perhatian yang cermat terhadap protokol keselamatan untuk mencegah kecelakaan, cedera, dan bahaya kerja. Rumah Sakit Syafira didapatkan informasi bahwa program K3RS belum optimal disebabkan kurang terlaksanakan sosialisasi serta pelatihan terkait K3RS kepada seluruh petugas rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk menganalisis Kualitas Pelaksanaan Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja di Rumah Sakit Syafira. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Metode wpenelitian deskriptif wkualitatif, dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Syafira dengan jumlah Informan sebanyak 4 orang yaitu Ketua Unit Kesehatan Staf, Anggota Unit kesehatan Staf, Kepala Ruang Rawat Inap, dan penunjang umum (Security), Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tema-tema penting yaitu: kurangnya kesadaran individu karyawan atas keselamatan kerja, banyak wyang wtidak mengikuti wSOP wyang berlaku, dan tidakwmenerapkan wkeselamatan wkerja wyang ada. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaksanaan manajeman keselamtan dan kesehatan kerja di rumah sakit syafira telah berjalan melalui sosialisasi terstruktur, pemahaman unit kerja yang baik serja dukungan dari manajemen puncak. Namun, masih ditemukan tingkat kepatuhan individu terhadap SOP dan budaya Keselamatan kerja yang belum sepenuhnya terbentuk. Disarankan agar RS Syafira Meningkatkan KepatuhanwTerhadapwSOPwdanw Budaya wKeselamatanw Kerja, serta perlu melakukan penguatan wbudaya wkeselamatan wkerja wmelaluiwpendekatan berbasis perilaku,wseperti kampanye wkeselamatan, wpemberian wreward wbagi wunit dengan kepatuhan wtinggi, wdan pembinaan wrutin wkepada wstaf wyang wbelum wpatuh terhadap SOP.
Hospitals are dynamic environments with diverse activities and risks, requiring careful attention to safety protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards. Syafira Hospital has been informed that the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program is not yet optimal due to insufficient implementation of OSH-related socialization and training for all hospital staff. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of Occupational Safety and Health Management implementation at Syafira Hospital. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method, conducted at Syafira Hospital with four informants, namely the Head of the Health Unit Staff, a member of the Health Unit Staff, the Head of the Inpatient Ward, and general support staff (security). This study was conducted using in-depth interviews, observation, and document review The research findings revealed several important themes, namely: a lack of individual employee awareness of occupational safety, many employees not following applicable SOPs, and failure to implement existing occupational safety measures. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of occupational safety and health management at Syafira Hospital has been carried out through structured socialization, good understanding of work units, and support from top management. However, there is still a low level of individual compliance with SOPs and an occupational safety culture that has not yet been fully established. It is recommended that Syafira Hospital improve compliance with SOPs and workplace safety culture, and strengthen workplace safety culture through behavior-based approaches, such as safety campaigns, rewards for units with high compliance, and regular training for staff who have not yet complied with SOPs.
