Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Signifikansi lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, menganalisis pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja serta menganalisis pengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan survei pada pegawai DPUPR Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 70 orang tenaga pengajar dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squad (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Kota Surakarta.Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Kota Surakarta.Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Kota Surakarta. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Kota Surakarta.Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Kota Surakarta.. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Kota Surakarta.Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruangan Kota Surakarta.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the significance of the work environment and work motivation on work discipline, analyze the significant influence of the work environment, work motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline and analyze the significant influence of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee work discipline. This study is a survey of DPUPR employees in Surakarta City. This study used a sample of 70 teaching staff with a sampling technique using a non- probability sampling technique, namely saturated samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used the Partial Least Squad (PLS) method. The results of the study showed that the work environment had a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Surakarta City. Work Motivation had a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Surakarta City. Job satisfaction did not have a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Surakarta City. The work environment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Surakarta City. Work Motivation has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Surakarta City. Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of the work environment on the work discipline of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Surakarta City. Job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work motivation on the work discipline of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Surakarta City.
