EVALUASI SISTEM PENYIMPANAN OBAT PADA SALAH SATU PEDAGANG BESAR FARMASI (PBF) X DI KOTA GORONTALO

Abstrak

Penyimpanan obat merupakan salah satu tahapan penting dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi yang berperan dalam menjaga mutu, keamanan, dan efektivitas obat sebelum sampai ke konsumen. Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) memiliki tanggung jawab besar untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh proses pengelolaan, terutama penyimpanan, dilakukan sesuai dengan pedoman Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) agar mutu obat tetap terjamin sepanjang proses distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem penyimpanan obat pada salah satu PBF “X” di Kota Gorontalo berdasarkan standar CDOB. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung menggunakan lembar checklist CDOB serta wawancara dengan Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (APJ) dan kepala gudang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek kesesuaian sistem penyimpanan obat telah memenuhi standar dengan persentase 90,9% (kategori baik), aspek kondisi ruangan dan fasilitas penyimpanan mencapai 76,19% (kategori baik), dan aspek pencatatan kartu stok memperoleh hasil 100% (kategori baik). Secara keseluruhan, sistem penyimpanan obat di PBF “X” sudah sesuai dengan pedoman CDOB dan tergolong dalam kategori baik.

Drug storage is one of the essential stages in the management of pharmaceutical preparations, ensuring the quality, safety, and effectiveness of drugs before they reach consumers. Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) have a significant responsibility to ensure that the entire management process, particularly storage, is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of Good Drug Distribution Practices (GDBP) so that the quality of drugs is guaranteed throughout the distribution process. This study aimed to evaluate the drug storage system in one of the PBF "X" in Gorontalo City based on GDBP standards. The data in this quantitative descriptive research were collected through observation using the GDBP checklist sheet and interviews with the Pharmacist in Charge (APJ) and the head of the warehouse. Based on the analysis, the aspect of the suitability of the drug storage system has met the standard with a percentage of 90.9% (good category), the aspect of room conditions and storage facilities reached 76.19% (good category), and the aspect of stock card recording obtained a result of 100% (good category). Overall, the drug storage system in PBF "X" is in accordance with GDBP guidelines and is classified as good.
